Do people still send postcards these days…?

Is this summer the ‘summer of Norfolk’? This is the second postcard from the area I’ve received in the last few weeks, folllowing this Great Yarmouth stablemate from Ann and co. as well as my own trip to Thetford, Holt and Weybourne for a pootle about on the North Norfolk Railway. It seems that the lure of the British seaside resort is still secure. Tom and co. are regular contributors to this blog (and to my collection) and they also sent me this companion postcard from Cromer exactly a year ago, another classic multiview from J. Salmon Ltd, the oldest established postcard publisher in the country, now in their 135th year. They have captured the Britain and the British holiday like none other in hundreds of thousands of postcards, of which I am beginning to amass a nice few.
