The Epic of Everest

Another new postcard from the BFI, advertising the re-release of Captain John Noel’s film of Mallory and Irvine’s 1924 Everest expedition, with a new score by Simon Fisher Turner. The postcards shows a Himalayan landscape with Mallory pictured on the reverse in the stamp position.

These postcards are available for free from the BFI Southbank and the film will be released on DVD and Blu-ray in January 2014.
